GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. The machine is for general purpose and has some
rolling out and processing of dough specifications such as wafer-Turkish
meat pizza (lahmacun)-su böregi ( a kind of Turkish pie)-thin
bread-pizza-chips-Arabian bred-döner kebab’s bread-granule
coating (bread crumb) as adding some components for the good that
is intended to be produced with the dough which is rolled out in
the cauldron to the line.
2. In the content of the machine (varies according
to the good).
a- The dough thinning extruder and thinner rools
b- Returning conveyors of dough carrier and edge filters back to
the extruder
c- Units of flouring the dough, bottom and upper sides
d- Square or round cutting apparatus
e- Touring-rolling out systems for the dough breadthwise and lengthwise
f- Tools of content filling and smoothened for foods such as the
Turkish meat pizza (lahmacun)-Pizza
g- Tunnel baking oven-Irrigation systems from Bottom and Upper sides
3. According to the food,the roll bodies are coated
with solid chrome or Teflon.
4. By the diskette cutting system, square-round
or desired shapes cutting in the desired dimension and able to a-couple
the food in the tunnel baking oven.
5. The surfaces which touch the foods are made
of material which are proper for the foods (the band systems are
with FDA and surfaces, coated with the rust-proof nickel-chrome
coated).
6. According to the desired capacity, work in slow-fast
motion system on the machine (with variator)
7. Easy to installation-maintenance and usage
8. 1 year warranty for the mechanical components,
except the user caused failures.
